I'm Miranda

I help women who are experiencing frustration with life and their bodies, to restore their sense of self, confidence, and freedom, so that they can live a life full of love and joy.

I am so happy to have you here!

here is a little bit about me and why I do what I do

I grew up in Fort Worth, TX which is where my sweet family is now settled after spending a couple of years in California and other areas of Texas.

I am married to my high school sweetheart who is a firefighter/paramedic and is also a veteran of the US Navy. We have a beautiful 4 year old daughter who loves everything related to paw patrol, bluey, and making house forts. We also have another baby girl who made her arrival in October of 2024. Our family would not be complete without our three fur kids -- our Siberian Husky, Malinois/Shepherd and Husky/Shepherd.

When I am not spending time with my family, I prioritize my self care as best as I can, and also help other women find their infinite joy and love for life. After all -- we don't know how long we have on this earth, so we might as well be enjoying it to the fullest!

I absolutely love being outdoors in nature! If the weather is nice and I have a chance to get outside, I take it, whether that is going on a walk, gardening, or having playtime outside. If I can catch the sunrise or sunset that is a bonus! It's such a beautiful way to start and end the day. I also consider myself to have a green thumb. If you were to ask my husband, he would say I have a plant addiction and have too many plants, but I don't think that's possible.

I am very passionate about staying active and keeping our bodies strong and mobile. My favorite kind of exercise is weight training, but I enjoy all types of exercise from boxing, to pilates and yoga, and fitness classes as well.

I don’t watch many shows these days since if the TV is on, it’s usually bluey or paw patrol, but my husband and I do watch shows together like Yellowstone, Only Murders in the Building, and Ted Lasso. We also love a good movie date and if a Marvel movie is out, the odds are we will be there.

Growing up I was always very active in sports. I found a love for volleyball in 6th grade while still playing a variety of other sports. In high school, volleyball became the sport I enjoyed playing the most. I decided in my sophomore year that I wanted to play volleyball in college and the plan was to get recruited that year.

little did I know that there was a different plan in store for me...

I was so excited to have joined a travel select volleyball league, but in my first tournament, I tore a ligament in my left knee called the ACL. I underwent surgery and was out the rest of the select season to rehab my knee in physical therapy.

This is where my interest in physical therapy began.

I always wanted to go into the medical field, but when I came back stronger than ever after physical therapy and I saw how it could change someone’s life, I was ALL IN to pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist.

I did end up playing volleyball on a scholarship for a Division 1 junior college -- where I was ranked #1 in the nation for service aces. I transferred to Texas Woman’s University in Denton where I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology Pre-PT.

I went on to receive my doctorate in physical therapy, with honors, at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas.

I knew I had a passion for working with athletes, but during the PT program, I became exposed to the pelvic health specialty and was very intrigued.

I began to dive into pelvic floor training after graduation and have since specialized in pelvic health physical therapy & women's wellness coaching

I am combining my love for working with athletes and women together to help young female athletes and women live their active lives without limitations from their bodies.

Pelvic health issues can be seen as taboo and brushed off as normal when they actually may be common, but are not normal and need to be addressed.

I have a passion for helping women overcome these challenges to help them improve their joy and love for life

While being active is important, our mindset is even more important. This is why I also do wellness coaching with teens and women, to help them overcome barriers that they did not realize existed.

There are endless possibilities when we get our own limiting beliefs out of our way, and I am helping women discover a happiness that they did not know was possible

I saw the need for personalized support firsthand, during my pregnancy and postpartum experiences with my daughters.

I went to pelvic floor physical therapy myself to work on the pelvic pressure and leakage I was having. I have also prioritized support for my mental health and nutrition during these difficult times.

I saw firsthand the value that investing in support brought to my life and I am so glad that even with the knowledge I have, I asked for support and did not do it alone.

I would love to help guide and support you on your journey to discover a newfound freedom to have limitless love, play, and joy in your life!
